product photography

Last weekend I finished and delivered an interesting assignment. I was asked to take pictures of an, at first sight, boring product. Leja BV at Nieuw-Vennep develops and produces microscopic slides made out of glass, to analyze semen. Besides the technical challenges they have to produce this high tech disposables, how on earth can you take an exciting picture of a flat glass object of approximately 70 millimeter wide.
Well, I think I succeeded, the pictures have a distinguished metal look, great to support a website of catalogue. I hope I get permission to publish one of these on my own website.
